Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Include your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Inspection and Approval
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund process.

Refund Time Frame
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Since we offer cash on delivery, refunds may be issued through a mutually agreed method, such as bank transfer or another suitable option.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, clearance sales, or special promotions. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
